in my experience,

you just can’t have joy without the suffering.

it’s a package deal.

suffering is an inevitable part of being.

the trick is removing the unnecessary suffering. so that when the storm eventually comes, you will be able to shift your focus to alleviating that necessary suffering instead of drowning with the unnecessary kind too.

be on the lookout for ways to identify necessary and unnecessary suffering in your everyday life and on your skates in future editions.

happy skating friends,

go out and do. 🤎

📖 Once or more, I have put the ride to the side, & left the bikes behind, while cruising around the city on my straight blade skates; however, to the wise, the question is how about some direct aright conversation concerning that 2025….. 📚
